Understand your customers
- Their primary desires – Interview and talk to them to know what it is they want. Until you are able to do that, you would not be able to market to them.
- Their fears and frustrations – Make a list of their primary emotions
- Their perceptions of you
- Do not be a salesman
- Be their doctor – Be someone who can understand their problem and suggest a solution
- What they want to know about you – Are you authentic?
